Overview / Apps & skills

Apps · automations · skills

A fleet built fast — and the connective tissue that wires it together.

Internal tools, customer-facing brand sites, and a library of reusable AI skills — all shipped by a small team that treats each new capability as permanent infrastructure. The skills and live connectors compound: every new app costs less to build than the last.

How it's built

One builder, a whole fleet.

Claude Code builds and runs the internal apps — billing, a metrics feed, a review editor, expenses, the asset library. Hover any node to trace it.

01 — Internal apps we built

Tools the business runs on.

Every app here was conceived, designed, and deployed by the same Claude Code workflow that powers everything else — usually within a few days, not weeks.

01

Joinery Billing

Invoicing and billing for the construction and joinery unit — from job sheet to client-ready PDF invoice, backed by a proper data model.

02 — Customer-facing websites

The public face of each brand.

From a D2C bedding storefront to joinery contracts — each site is built, or rebuilt, with AI-driven design and copy iteration.

01

Springtechllc.com

The corporate site — SpringTech's manufacturing and commercial identity, covering all business units and capabilities.

02

Huxberry.com

The D2C and wholesale bedding storefront on Shopify. Product pages are AI-designed in multi-stage runs — copy, layout, and imagery all handled by the same pipeline.

03

Duvvy

A standalone brand site for the Duvvy bedding line — clean, focused, built for conversion on a single product category.

04

Huxberry Contracts

The contracts and joinery site — presents the construction unit's portfolio, services, and project scope to commercial clients.

05

Huxberry Premium Collection

The OEM and white-label product catalogue — designed for wholesale buyers exploring private-label bedding options.

06

Kingsdown

A brand site built in two distinct AI-designed variants — each exploring a different visual direction and tone for the same brand, produced in parallel and A/B evaluated.

03 — The Claude layer

The connective tissue.

Skills are reusable, prompt-driven capabilities that run inside Claude Code. Each one encodes a repeatable operation — from deploying to Cloudflare to ingesting a wiki — so the same work is never done twice from scratch. MCP connectors wire Claude directly to every live system.

03a — ~47 Claude Code skills

Skills: reusable, composable, cumulative.

A skill is a self-contained, invokable capability — written once, used everywhere. They live in the project and user configuration layers, so every session inherits the full toolkit. The library covers five broad themes:

Business & ops

Day-to-day operations

Reaching the business systems directly from a conversation — querying financials, managing tasks, diagnosing issues, onboarding operators.

Deploy & maintain

Skills that touch the servers, pipelines, and cloud edges — syncing to VPS, running migrations, and deploying static sites to Cloudflare Pages.

Knowledge & wikis

The LLM wiki system

A full lifecycle for the company's knowledge base — ingest sources, run structured queries, lint for quality, and edit the Obsidian vault safely.

03b — 14 tool connectors (MCP)

MCP: how Claude reaches every live system.

Model Context Protocol connectors give Claude direct, structured read/write access to each system — not via screenshot or copy-paste, but via the same API a developer would use. This is what makes the skills feel instantaneous rather than laborious.

The compounding advantage. A tiny team ships internal tools, brand sites, and automations at unusual speed because the skills and connectors compound. Each skill codifies a solved problem; each connector removes a copy-paste step. The hundredth task is faster than the first — not because the team got bigger, but because the stack got smarter.
