It fuses eight hand-written wikis with live snapshots of the CRM, calendar and meeting notes, and answers in plain English with citations. Then, on its own schedule, it re-reads itself to stay sharp.

A question about NetSuite or Odoo is routed to the cheapest layer that can answer it correctly — conversational reasoning, exact analytics, or a live lookup.

Exact numbers — top-N, totals, precise filters — straight from the Metabase "NetSuite Warehouse" in sub-second SQL.

Straight to source

When the warehouse lacks a field or freshness, query NetSuite or Odoo directly — the slow, authoritative fallback.

04 — It maintains itself

The dream cycle.

Every four hours GBrain re-reads its own knowledge: it lints for contradictions, resolves backlinks, extracts new facts, rebuilds timelines, and refreshes embeddings. Knowledge compounds instead of going stale.
